The house was built in the 1990s, and it will be transformed from a European-style building. The current state of the house has been unable to meet the functional and artistic requirements of the owner. Except for the essential structural framework, we have completely renovated the entire house. Appropriately reducing the area enriches the indoor space experience. It emphasizes natural ventilation and lighting, allowing the outdoor greening and landscape to penetrate into the interior. By adopting healthy materials and a laconic architectural form to ensure cost economy without excessive decoration. The distinctive feature of this project is that it provides the client with a spiritual space on the roof - a tea room. The slightly overhanging glass box implies the owner's self-challenging spirit.

这是一个建造于上世纪90年代欧式风格住宅改造而来的建筑。现状已经无法满足业主的功能和艺术要求。我们除保留了最基本的结构框架外，对整栋房子进行了彻底的翻新。适当减少面积丰富了室内的空间感受，强调自然通风和采光，让室外的绿化和景观能够渗透进室内空间，采用健康的材料，以简洁的形态来保证造价的经济性，不过度装修。本项目最有特点的在于为客户提供了一个屋顶的精神性空间——茶室。微微悬挑的玻璃盒子蕴含着业主面向自我的挑战精神。
