Xixi Xintiandi builds a high-quality livable community with outstanding project characteristics and an attractive personality. At the same time, combined with the natural ecological environment of the region, the use of water bodies and greening will create a beautiful, comfortable and ecological landscape environment so that the building and the environment complement each other. The ground floor is all parking space for residents, and the pedestrian space of the community is raised to the first-floor space to divert people and vehicles. The enclosure and treatment of the courtyard walls are to strengthen the traditional space treatment method. Through the overall design, visual and landscape corridors, complex street space and private courtyard space are created, in line with the essence of Chinese traditional culture. The design of each floor is different, and the shape of the setback creates more outdoor activity space for the residents. The project uses modern materials, with grey bricks and warm and comfortable wood. The terrace adopts the techniques and symbols commonly used in traditional Chinese dwellings to create a residence with regional characteristics.

西溪新天地的建设目标是营建一个极具项目特色及个性吸引力、高品质的宜居社区。同时结合区域的自然生态环境,利用良好的水体与绿化,打造优美、舒适、生态的景观环境.使建筑与环境相得益彰。首层全部为居民的停车空间，社区的步行空间被抬高至二层空间，人车分流。院墙的围合以及处理是强化传统空间处理手法,通过整体设计,视觉、景观通廊的设置，营造复合的街道空间和私密性院落空间，符合中国传统文化的精髓。户型设计每层都有所不同，退台的塑造给居民创造了更多的室外活动空间。设计运用现代的材料，配合青砖和温暖舒适的木材，露台采用传统中国民居常用的手法和符号，塑造出具有地域特点的居所。
