This complex including office buildings, restaurants, hotels, and shopping malls will provide the people living around. We unify these functions into a whole through a concise and rational building façade. An additional layer of white paint on the brick façade adds to the architectural details. This project is the earliest detached office product in Hangzhou. It is particularly suitable for small companies with independent parking lots and entrances. Once put on the market, it has been widely praised and recognized.

这是一个功能复杂的综合体，包含了办公楼，餐饮店，酒店公寓以及为周边居民服务的社区商业中心，我们通过简洁和理性的建筑立面将这些功能统一成一个整体。面砖立面附加的涂料层增加了建筑的细节质感。这个是杭州最早的独栋办公产品，符合初创企业的空间需求，具有独立的停车空间和独享的形象入口。一经推向市场就获得广泛的好评和认可。
