The challenge of this project is to coordinate with the office tower beside. These two towers were supposed to be the same according to urban planning. But the client wants the new building to be distinctive. We have to balance the contradiction and conciliate between the government and the client. The architect became the Shackled dancer.

这个项目的挑战是作为整个临海市新商务中心的双塔楼之一，必须要跟边上的人防大楼形成统一的形象。在城市设计阶段两个建筑的风貌就已经确定了，但是我们项目的业主希望该建筑需要有独特的形象，同时能展现出金融建筑的气质。我们通过不断的尝试以及跟政府各个部门的斡旋最终成功的实现了这个看似不可能的任务。
