It aims to build a future-oriented, dynamic, modern urban district. This initiative expands Hangzhou's urban functions and explores China's new urbanization path,
ultimately playing a significant role on the global urban stage.
The design of theGarden Headquarters is rooted in Hangzhou's distinctive landscape aesthetics,blending architecture and scenery to create a multifunctional complex integrating office, cultural tourism, and commercial spaces. As the "Innovation Hub + International Cooperation Gateway + Eco-Cultural Landmark" of Hangzhou Qian'an, this project will provide international enterprises with a garden-style headquarters office space that combines Chinese cultural characteristics with world-class advanced amenities.

杭州前岸的概念结合了杭州滨江区的核心优势，通过数字经济和科技创新引领城市发展，注重国际化开放合作和生态宜居建设，构建一个面向未来、充满活力的现代化城区。这不仅仅是对杭州城市功能的拓展，也是对中国新型城市化道路的探索，最终在全球城市舞台上扮演重要的角色。
园林总部的设计根植于杭州特色的景观风貌，将建筑和景观相互渗透，创造一个办公、文旅、商业多功能复合的园区。本项目作为杭州前岸的“创新驱动中心+国际合作窗口+生态文化名片”，将为引入的国际化企业提供同时具有中国文化特色和世界级先进配置的园林式总部办公空间。
