Chongfu Town is a crucial waterway node on the Millennium Grand Canal. In the vertical and horizontal ancient streets and alleys, the people of Chongfu continue accumulating, condensing the unique spirit of openness and market culture. As a continuation of the cultural spirit of the Hangzhou Grand Canal, the design principle of Chongfu National Fitness Center is "a sports place for all people to participate in anytime and anywhere". First of all, it is a sports venue that is always open to the public. It is as friendly as possible to the citizens. Each sports venue can be opened independently, and some accessible outdoor activity venues are provided. Secondly, this building considers the sports needs of people of all ages, especially from the perspective of children and older people. It incorporates the functions of training, physical examination and rehabilitation. In the third aspect, this venue is also a social place integrating sports and leisure in front of the operation. We provide a complex commercial space, and the sports venue can be flexibly changed into a platform for temporary performances and community activities. Based on sports-specific businesses, Let this place become a "National Gas Station" that spreads the spirit of sports culture.
 
崇福镇是千年大运河上非常重要的水路节点，在纵横的古街古巷中，崇福人民不断沉淀，凝聚了独具特色的开放、市井文化精神。作为杭州大运河文化精神的延续，崇福全民健身中心的设计原则是“随时随地让全民参与的运动场所”。首先它是一个全时段对外开放的体育场所，尽可能对市民友好，各个运动场地都可以独立对外，并且都有提供一部分免费的室外活动场地。 其次，这个建筑考虑了全年龄段的人群运动需求，尤其是从儿童和老年人的视角出发，置入了培训、体检和康复的功能。第三方面，这个场馆也是一个运营前置、集体育休闲一体的社交场所，我们提供了商业复合空间，体育场所可以弹性变化为临时演出、社区活动等的场地，并以体育特色商业为基础，让这个地方成为传播体育文化精神的“全民加油站”
